When you have placed an order you will receive an automatically generated email as confirmation. You will then receive a second email confirming that your order has been processed.
Terms and conditions for invoicing private customers (ONLY ACCEPTED FOR SWEDISH CUSTOMERS)
If you wish to pay by invoice you will need to provide us with your social security number and we reserve the right to take out a credit check. We offer new customers a credit limit of 1000 SEK. The invoice will be sent to the registered billing address and is to be paid within 10 days of the date of issue. Late payment reminders will incur a statutory fee of 50 SEK plus penalty interest at a rate of 8 %.
Credit checks private customers
Wildlife Garden reserves the right to take out credit checks on all customers wishing to pay by invoice.
Card payments private customers
We accept debit and credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. We offer a secure payment gateway via an encrypted channel (SSL standard).
Deliveries private customers
All orders are subject to the appropriate delivery charges and can be dispatched to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, England, Germany and Italy. We do not charge service fees.
Sweden: Orders will be delivered to Posten MyPack or DHL service points depending on which service you have selected.
Denmark & Finland: Orders will be delivered to Posten MyPack service points.
England, Germany & Italy: Orders will be delivered to the customer’s registered delivery address.

Sweden: approx. 2 – 3 days after dispatch.
Denmark: approx. 2 – 5 days after dispatch.
Finland: approx. 2 – 6 days after dispatch.

Out of stock
Should a product be temporarily out of stock, you will immediately be informed. When a product is out of stock, a message will also be displayed alongside the order information on our website.
Should the product not work in the intended way, Wildlife Garden guarantees to replace it. If you wish to return a product that was damaged in transit, you must do so within a reasonable period of time. The invoice is your guarantee certificate so please save it.
Cancelling a purchase
Wildlife Garden offers its customers a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receiving the goods, as set out in the Swedish e-commerce Act. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a returns code that you must include in the package so that we can issue a credit invoice or refund your payment. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Should you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. You will need to fill in and send us a complaint form and we will then provide you with a returns code that you must include in the package with the relevant items. Please note that we will pay the costs of returning and replacing the items.
NB! Before returning damaged/incorrect goods, you must contact us for a returns code so that we can issue a credit invoice.
Please note that Wildlife Garden reports all fraudulent orders and attempted scams to the police. We provide them with all the information we have received in order to assist with their inquiries.
Damaged in transit
We bear all the costs resulting from items that are damaged in transit. Please contact the delivery company as soon as the damage is discovered. Should the delivery company not resolve the issue, please contact us. Customers are liable for costs arising from returned goods being damaged in transit.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be tried in accordance with Swedish law.
Wildlife Garden AB follows the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes’ (ARN) recommendations.
We cannot accept orders from anyone under the age of 18.
